Who we are

You don't have to leave to keep going.

Virtue provides care for substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, and eating disorders across a full range of treatment. Because our programs span every level of care inside one network, we can meet people where they are and stay with them — from the first day of detox to lasting independence.

We serve working professionals, parents, veterans and active-duty service members, and people facing trauma and high-acuity needs. Whatever brought someone to us, they're met with the same commitment to dignity and an individualized plan.

Most competitors offer one level of care. When that stage ends, you start over somewhere new — new team, new intake, new story to tell. Here, the plan and the people carry forward.

Care led by licensed experts

Recovery is medical, psychological, and deeply personal — so the people guiding it matter.

Our care is led by an experienced clinical team: board-certified physicians and psychiatric providers, licensed therapists and counselors, registered nurses, and a registered dietitian for our eating disorder program. Many hold advanced and specialized credentials — from medical doctors and psychiatric nurse practitioners to licensed clinical social workers, marriage and family therapists, and certified addiction counselors.

That depth means every client is cared for by professionals genuinely qualified for their needs — whether that's medically supervised detox, trauma therapy, psychiatric medication management, or nutrition support. Our clinical and medical leaders also guide our programming and review our care standards, so the treatment we provide reflects current, evidence-based best practices.

What sets us apart

Many of the people on our staff have their own recovery journeys, or close personal connections to addiction.

That lived experience creates a level of authenticity and accountability clients feel from the moment they walk through our doors. It's the single biggest reason people stay — and the reason our teams talk about clients the way they do when no client is in the room.

And

A genuinely credentialed team

Care delivered by licensed and certified professionals across medicine, psychiatry, nursing, therapy, and nutrition.

And

Whole-person, trauma-informed care

Underlying causes, not just symptoms — mental health integrated with addiction treatment.

And

A continuum you don’t have to leave

Move through each stage without starting over somewhere new.

And

Specialized programs

Dedicated veteran support through Warriors Path, and specialized eating disorder and co-occurring treatment at our Las Vegas locations.

And

Environments that feel human

Warm, comfortable spaces that prioritize privacy, safety and dignity.

People may forget what you said, but they'll never forget how you made them feel.

The principle that guides everything we do

Our approach

Clinical rigor, delivered with compassion.

Our care is evidence-based and trauma-informed, alongside experiential and holistic therapies that treat the whole person — not just a diagnosis.

Every client works with a dedicated treatment team — licensed clinicians, medical and psychiatric providers, nursing staff, dietitians and case managers — to build a personalized plan and a clear path forward. And because recovery doesn't end at discharge, case management and aftercare planning make each transition a supported one.
