Where to start

Two facilities, fifteen minutes apart.

One for detox and residential, one for outpatient. Most people move between them as they step down — same city, same organization, same clinical record.

Las Vegas — Corbett

9230 Corbett St, Las Vegas NV 89149

Six villas, and a private room in every one of them — nobody shares, at any level of care. Private ensuite baths, home-like great rooms and gardens rather than a clinical corridor. Medical detox, residential treatment and a dedicated eating disorder villa all sit on this campus.

Las Vegas — Montessouri

2585 Montessouri St, Suite 100

Our outpatient program — partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient, in person. Treatment during the day while you keep working, studying or caring for your family, with a strong eating disorder focus alongside substance use and co-occurring care.

What makes Nevada different

You will never have a roommate here.

Most residential treatment puts two or three people in a room, and for a lot of people that is the hardest part of the whole stay. At Corbett every guest has their own room with an ensuite bath — in detox, in residential, in the eating disorder villa, without exception and without an upgrade fee.

The villas are arranged around a shared great room and garden, so you have somewhere to close the door and somewhere to be with people. Both matter, and having only one of them is what makes treatment harder than it needs to be.

A Nevada specialty

Eating disorder treatment at every level.

Eating disorders and substance use travel together more often than most people realize, and very few programs in Las Vegas treat both properly. Nevada is where Virtue does — a dedicated residential villa at Corbett, and an outpatient track at Montessouri for people stepping down or starting there.

That means you can move through the whole continuum without the eating disorder becoming somebody else’s problem halfway through.

What we treat

Meth and alcohol lead the calls we take in Nevada.

Las Vegas is a stimulant-heavy market, and methamphetamine is the substance we hear about most here — slightly ahead of alcohol, with opioids and fentanyl behind them. All of it is treated at both facilities, at whichever level fits.

Paying for treatment

We work with Nevada’s employers, unions and municipal plans.

This is the part that is genuinely local. Alongside the national carriers, we are in network with the plans that cover the people who actually live and work here — county employees, first responders, teachers, the gaming resorts, and the trades.

Sierra Health and Life
Optum

Also in network with HealthSmart, and most PPO plans accepted. What your plan covers depends on the plan — verification is free and takes a few minutes.

If you work for the county, the department, a resort or a local, there is a good chance your plan is one we already work with. The verification tells you for certain.

Do you take my insurance?
We are in network with Aetna, Cigna (EverNorth), UnitedHealthcare and Optum, Health Plan of Nevada, Sierra Health & Life, Curative, Carelon, HealthSmart, Uprise Health and TriWest, and we accept most PPO plans. We also work with many Nevada employer, union and municipal plans — including Clark County employees, Clark County Fire, LV Metro Police, state employees, Teachers Health Trust, the major gaming resorts, IBEW Local 357 and Operating Engineers 501. A free, confidential verification is the fastest way to know exactly what your plan covers.
Do you have detox and inpatient rehab in Las Vegas?
Yes — our Corbett campus in northwest Las Vegas offers medically monitored detox and residential treatment on the same site, so you do not move providers between the two. Every guest has a private room with an ensuite bath, in detox and in residential alike.
Do you offer outpatient or IOP in Las Vegas?
Yes — our Montessouri Street location runs partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP), in person. Many people step down to Montessouri after residential treatment at Corbett, and others start there when their situation allows them to live at home while in treatment.
Do you treat eating disorders?
Yes, and it is one of the things that makes our Nevada program unusual. Corbett has a dedicated residential eating disorder villa, and Montessouri runs an eating disorder outpatient track, so care is available at every level rather than at one. Eating disorders and substance use frequently occur together, and we treat them together rather than referring one of them out.
Do you have private rooms?
Yes — every guest at Corbett has their own room with an ensuite bathroom, at every level of care, with no upgrade fee and no exceptions. The villas are arranged around a shared great room and garden, so there is somewhere private to be alone and somewhere communal to be with people.
Do you offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT)?
Medication-assisted treatment is available at our Corbett location as part of medically supervised detox and treatment, and it is one of only two Virtue sites where it is offered. What is appropriate for you is an individual medical decision made with our medical team after assessment, so the best next step is a confidential conversation.
How much does treatment cost?
Cost depends on your level of care, your length of stay and your insurance, which is why the most useful first step is a free verification rather than a number on a page. Our team will tell you what your plan covers and what, if anything, you would be responsible for — before you commit to anything.

Start with the insurance question, since it is the one everybody has.

Verification is free, takes a few minutes, and commits you to nothing. On the same call our team can tell you which facility fits, what level of care to start at, and what happens next.
