Why people choose outpatient here
You don't have to leave your life to get treatment.
Nearly six in ten people who call this location are trying to work out how treatment fits around a job, school or people who depend on them. That is exactly what this program is built for: real clinical care on a schedule you can keep.
AM / PM
IOP tracks — you choose which fits your week
Tapers
down as you move toward independent daily life

Morning or Afternoon — Your Choice
PHP and IOP both run in morning and afternoon tracks, so treatment can work around a job, school, or family responsibilities.
Eating Disorders Treated Alongside Addiction
A dietitian is available within 24 hours of admission, with meal support and nutrition groups built into the week for clients working on both.
Care That Steps Down as You Progress
IOP runs 3 to 5 days a week, 3 hours a day, tapering as you're ready for less structure — not a fixed schedule regardless of progress.
Weekly Medical & Psychiatric Oversight
Weekly nursing assessments and psychiatry appointments keep your care team informed, even without daily on-site medical staff.
Family Isn't Left Out
A weekly virtual family support group keeps the people in your life part of the process, even if they can't attend in person.
No MAT On-Site — By Design, Not Neglect
This is an outpatient program, so anti-craving medication is coordinated through your primary care provider rather than prescribed here. Ask admissions how that referral works.
Levels of care here
PHP or IOP — side by side.
Both are outpatient: you sleep at home. The difference is intensity. Most people start at whichever level matches their current needs and step down as they progress.
PHP
Partial Hospitalization
- A full-day program
- Nursing and psychiatry assessments on your first day, for medication management
- More frequent check-ins with your treatment team
- Referrals to outside providers where you need them
For people who need daily clinical structure without a residential bed
IOP
Intensive Outpatient
- A part-time schedule, mornings or afternoons
- Programming several days a week, individual therapy weekly
- A case manager for employment, housing and insurance questions
- A schedule that tapers as you progress
For people holding down work, school or family while in treatment
One exclusion
This program isn't set up to manage an active medical taper. If you're tapering off a medication, call anyway — we'll connect you with our detox-capable location rather than let you fall through the cracks.
Substance use and eating disorders
Treated together, in the same program.
Body image, addiction and nutrition goals are worked on side by side here, with psychoeducation on how nutrition and mental health interact. Our outpatient clinicians bring years of eating-disorder treatment experience across the full continuum of care, and clients in the eating disorder track meet a dietitian within their first day.
This track is for eating disorders occurring alongside substance use. If the eating disorder is the primary condition, treatment starts at our residential eating disorder program at the Corbett campus.

This recovery center is the best in town. All staff here have been nothing but great. Always asking how you are doing, food when you need it and you get to meet great people in recovery. The best thing I've done is come here and get sober.

The honest version
Not Everyone Needs — or Can Take — Time Away From Everything
Residential treatment isn't always realistic, whether that's work, kids, or just not being ready for an inpatient stay. Our Las Vegas outpatient program is built for that — structured clinical care, morning or afternoon, without stepping away from your life entirely. It's not a lesser version of treatment; it's a different level of care for people who need this specific kind of structure.
Common questions
Questions about our Las Vegas outpatient program
You can call and ask any of these directly. No obligation, no pressure — someone answers 24 hours a day.
(866) 461-3339- What's the difference between PHP and IOP at the Las Vegas outpatient program?
- PHP (Partial Hospitalization) is a more intensive full-day program with nursing and psychiatric support on site, while IOP (Intensive Outpatient) is a lower-intensity, part-time schedule designed to fit around work, school, or family responsibilities. Most clients start at whichever level matches their current needs and step down as they progress — our team helps determine the right starting point during your assessment.
- Can I keep working or going to school while in this program?
- Yes — that's the core purpose of outpatient treatment here. The schedule is built specifically so you can continue your daily responsibilities while getting real clinical support, with programming that tapers down as you're ready for more independence.
- Does this location treat eating disorders?
- Yes, as co-occurring care. Many clients here are managing a substance use disorder and an eating disorder together, and the program is built to treat both at the same time — with meal support, a nutrition group and dietitian involvement built into the week. If the eating disorder is the primary condition rather than a co-occurring one, the right starting point is our residential eating disorder program at the Corbett campus, and admissions can walk you through that.
- Is this the same as Virtue Recovery's residential program in Las Vegas?
- This location offers outpatient care, PHP and IOP. Residential and detox run at a separate Las Vegas facility. If you're not sure which level of care is right for you or a loved one, our admissions team can help you figure that out in one phone call.
- Do you accept my insurance?
- Most major commercial plans and several Las Vegas-area employer and union networks are accepted here — coverage details vary by plan, so the fastest way to know for sure is a quick, free insurance verification with our admissions team. There is no obligation, and we can usually confirm your benefits the same day.
- I'm currently tapering off a medication — can I start here?
- Not at this location — this outpatient program isn't set up to manage an active medical taper. Our team can help connect you with the right level of care, including our detox-capable location, so you don't fall through the cracks. Give us a call and we'll point you in the right direction.
- How involved can my family be in my treatment?
- Families are genuinely part of the process here — there's a weekly virtual family support group, and family sessions can be arranged as part of your care. We know recovery affects the whole family, and we build that into the program rather than treating it as an afterthought.
- What happens after I finish the program?
- Clients have access to ongoing alumni support after discharge, so the relationship doesn't just end when your formal programming does. Your case manager will also help you line up any additional outpatient follow-up you might need before you finish.
