LinkedInNicole Canal is the Director of Admissions and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) at Virtue Recovery Center, supporting both the Virtue network and Silver State Adolescent Treatment Center. She believes recovery is a journey that often begins with a single, difficult conversation, and her mission is to make that first step as seamless and supportive as possible. Nicole leads a team of coordinators and has been instrumental in building the integrated Salesforce and Kipu systems that power admissions across the national organization. She rose to her director role after serving as an Intake Counselor, Intake Coordinator, Outpatient Counselor, and Admissions Counselor. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Grand Canyon University.
