Tony Renello, MBA, MS, LIAC, CPHQ

Tony Renello is a behavioral health executive with more than 15 years of progressive leadership experience in mental health and substance use treatment, serving as Executive Director of Virtue Recovery Center’s Sun City West facility and Regional Director of Arizona. He has a proven track record of developing, scaling, and optimizing treatment programs across the full continuum of care. A Licensed Independent Addictions Counselor (LIAC) through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners and a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Tony pairs frontline clinical understanding with executive operational expertise. He earned an MBA in Healthcare Administration and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Western Governors University, and a Master of Science in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Capella University. He is the founder of Da Vinci Consulting Services and serves on the Arizona Board for the Certification of Addiction Counselors.
